Well blogger is in beta, login with you gmail account and away you go...
Just had a quick skim over what's new, looks as though they have template widgets so you can move you archive around the screen, labels for posts which I guess are the same as tags..
One neat fucntion I've had a go with is the template editor, you can change all colours and fonts, including format (bold/italic/plain) and size (larger/smaller). Editing the raw HTML at the moment is disabled.
A note on widgets, theres about 10 or so ready made including ADD image, ADD javascript, there doesn't seem any intergration with other sites at the moment
will post some more once I've had a proper go
